1. Program Description
IT Vortex, LLC ("IT Vortex," "we," "us," or "our") operates the IT Vortex System Alert Notification Service, an SMS-based messaging program that delivers critical infrastructure notifications to enrolled clients. Messages include:
- Unplanned service outage notifications
- Scheduled maintenance window alerts
- Service restoration and status updates
- Emergency system notifications
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on this page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from IT Vortex related to system alerts and service notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from IT Vortex.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency is recurring and varies. The number of messages you receive depends on system events such as outages, maintenance schedules, and service restorations. During normal operations you may receive no messages. During active incidents you may receive multiple messages in a short period.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. IT Vortex does not charge for SMS alerts, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees.
5. Opt-Out / How to Stop
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from IT Vortex. You will receive a single confirmation: "You have been successfully unsubscribed from IT Vortex System Alert Notifications. No more messages will be sent."

7. Supported Carriers
Available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. IT Vortex is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier issues.
8. Eligibility
Available exclusively to current IT Vortex clients and their authorized representatives. You must be 18 years of age or older.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy below. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Modifications
IT Vortex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
11. Disclaimer
SMS alerts are a supplementary notification channel and do not replace contractual service level commitments, support ticket systems, or other official communication channels.
