Why Managed Cloud

Stop Doing Work You Could Pay Someone Else to Do Better.

Patching, monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response are not the work that differentiates your business. They are the work that gets done by everyone in IT, badly, in their spare time. Outsource the operational layer to engineers who do this full time.

Engineers Not Ticket Takers

When you call support, an engineer answers. No tier-zero gatekeeping, no offshore script-reading, no escalation queue. Real people who understand your environment.

Proactive Operations

Patching schedules, capacity reviews, performance baselines, and security posture audits run continuously. Problems get identified before they become incidents.

24/7 Incident Response

Critical issues get an engineer engaged within an hour, around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Your phone rings before your customers' phones do.

Quarterly Business Reviews

Capacity trends, cost optimization opportunities, security posture, planned changes, and customer-specific concerns. Standing review with the engineer who runs your environment.

What's Included

What Fully Managed Actually Covers.

Infrastructure Operations

Hypervisor patching, hardware health monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. The work that requires real expertise but does not require your team.

Backup & Recovery Operations

Veeam-based backup, restore testing, retention policy enforcement, and quarterly recovery validation. Real verified recoverability, not aspirational backup.

Security Operations

Patch management for the host stack, vulnerability scanning, NSX policy maintenance, and access review. The guest OS layer can be added as a managed service if you want full coverage.

Monitoring & Alerting

Infrastructure, application, and synthetic monitoring tuned to your environment. Real thresholds, real escalations, real action. Not just dashboards no one watches.

Change Management

Documented runbooks, change advisory board, scheduled maintenance windows, and rollback procedures. ITIL-aligned without the bureaucratic overhead.

Reporting & Documentation

Monthly operations reports, quarterly business reviews, current-state architecture diagrams, and audit-ready documentation. The paper trail that compliance officers actually want.

Built for This Work

Real Engineers. Real Operations. Real Accountability.

Engineers Based in Our Datacenters

When you call support, you reach someone who can walk to the rack if needed. No offshore handoffs, no time zone gaps, no escalation tax.

Ten Plus Years of Production Operations

We have run cloud infrastructure for customers since vSphere 5. We have seen every kind of incident, made every kind of mistake, and learned from all of them.

Named Customer Success Engineer

Every managed customer gets a named engineer who owns the relationship. The person doing the QBRs is the person fielding the escalations. Continuity matters.

CEO Answers When Needed

Privately owned and operated. When something requires executive attention, the CEO is reachable. That is not marketing copy. That is operational reality.

Who It's For

Where Managed Cloud Pays Off Fastest.

Managed cloud is most valuable for organizations whose IT teams are small, stretched, or specialized in business systems rather than infrastructure operations.

Mid-Market Companies

Two-to-twenty-person IT teams who need enterprise-grade infrastructure operations without the headcount to staff 24/7 coverage and deep platform expertise.

  • No 24/7 on-call rotation burden
  • Access to senior platform expertise
  • Vacation and turnover risk eliminated
  • Compliance documentation handled

Healthcare & Regulated

Organizations where compliance documentation, audit response, and security posture are existential, and where internal IT does not have the bandwidth to maintain that posture continuously.

  • HIPAA-aligned operations
  • Audit-ready documentation
  • Vulnerability management included
  • BAA available

Project-Driven IT Teams

Companies where IT is investing in business-system projects (ERP rollouts, integrations, custom development) and cannot afford to spend cycles on infrastructure operations.

  • Free up your team for strategic work
  • Outsource the operational toil
  • Predictable monthly operations cost
  • No infrastructure project overhead

Common Questions

What People Ask Before They Sign.

What does fully managed actually cover?
+

Hypervisor and infrastructure stack: patching, monitoring, capacity, backup operations, security posture for the host layer, change management, incident response, and documentation. The guest OS layer can be added as a managed service if you want full-stack coverage. We are transparent about the line so you know exactly what is and is not included.

What is the difference between managed cloud and just hosting?
+

Hosting gives you infrastructure to operate. Managed cloud means we operate it for you. Hosting is a co-managed model where your team handles patches, capacity, and incident response. Managed cloud means we handle those things and your team gets to focus on applications and business systems.

How does support escalation work?
+

Critical incidents (production down) get an engineer engaged within one hour, 24/7. Standard incidents respond during business hours by default with after-hours coverage available for an additional tier. Routine requests go through a ticketing system. Named customer success engineer owns the relationship across all of it.

Do you manage the guest OS or just the hypervisor?
+

By default, we manage the hypervisor and infrastructure stack. Guest OS management (Windows, Linux patching, AD operations, application support) is available as an additional managed services tier. Many customers run a co-managed model where we own the host layer and they own the guests.

What is included in quarterly business reviews?
+

Capacity trends with sizing recommendations. Cost optimization opportunities. Security posture and any vulnerabilities discovered. Planned changes for the next quarter. Customer-specific concerns. The QBR is run by your named engineer, not a sales rep, so the conversation is about operations not upsells.

Can I see real reports before I sign?
+

Yes. We can share sanitized examples of monthly operations reports, QBR decks, and audit documentation from other managed customers. You see what the deliverables actually look like before you commit to the engagement.
