Cloud Infrastructure Built for Privileged Information.

Single-tenant cloud hosting for law firms where client confidentiality, ethical wall enforcement, and eDiscovery readiness are non-negotiable. No shared tenancy, no compromise on access controls, no questions about who can see what.

The Real Problem

What's Actually Broken in Legal IT.

Law firms have unique IT requirements that consumer-grade tools and generic IT providers consistently get wrong. Here's the pattern partners and IT leaders describe most.

Confidentiality Cannot Be Negotiated

Client trust depends on absolute confidentiality. One inadvertent disclosure, one access control mistake, one piece of malware on a shared system creates a malpractice exposure and a relationship loss that compounds for years.

Ethical Walls Require Real Enforcement

When the firm represents adverse parties or sensitive transactions, ethical walls between attorneys and matters are required. Most cloud environments treat this as a checkbox; in regulated practice it has to be technically enforced and auditable.

eDiscovery Demands Are Brutal

When a matter goes to litigation, the firm has to produce defensible discovery on tight timelines. Cloud architectures that scatter data across regions and services make eDiscovery preservation, collection, and production an expensive scramble.

Practice Management Drives Everything

NetDocuments, iManage, Worldox, Time Matters, Aderant, Elite, Tabs3. The firm's core systems were not built for hyperscaler cloud. Lift-and-shift creates performance problems, refactoring is prohibitively expensive.

How We Address It

Infrastructure That Respects Attorney-Client Privilege.

Single-Tenant Dedicated Infrastructure

Your firm's workloads on your firm's hardware. No shared tenancy, no question about where data lives, no concern about adverse-party representation creating cloud-tenant conflicts.

Technically Enforced Ethical Walls

NSX micro-segmentation, identity-based access controls, and audit logging that proves the wall held. Not a checkbox in a settings page. A network-layer enforcement with audit evidence.

eDiscovery-Ready Architecture

Single-tenant storage with predictable data location, immutable backup repositories for legal hold preservation, and audit logs sufficient to demonstrate defensible custody. The collection and production workflows your eDiscovery vendor expects.

Practice Management System Experience

NetDocuments, iManage, Worldox, Aderant, Elite, and the case management systems built on top of SQL Server run on our infrastructure today. We have done the integrations, not read the marketing brochures.

Predictable Cost for the Firm's Operating Model

Law firms run on partner draws and predictable IT cost. Per-vCPU, per-GB, no surprise bills. The IT line in the partnership budget stops being the variable that gets argued about every quarter.

Common Questions

What Legal IT Leaders Ask Before They Sign.

How do you handle attorney-client privilege protection?
+

Single-tenant dedicated infrastructure is the foundation. Your data lives on dedicated hardware your firm controls. Encryption at rest with optional customer-held keys, encryption in transit, and access logging cover the technical safeguards. Privilege protection is ultimately a legal posture; our role is making sure the infrastructure does not create the breach.

Can you enforce ethical walls between matters or practice groups?
+

Yes. We use NSX micro-segmentation to enforce network-level isolation between defined groups, with identity-based access controls layered on top. Audit logging proves the wall held during the period in question. This is technically enforced, not policy-only, and is auditable if challenged.

What about eDiscovery and legal hold?
+

Single-tenant infrastructure with immutable backup repositories supports defensible legal hold preservation. We integrate with the major eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw, Disco) and provide the chain-of-custody documentation your discovery counsel needs. The architecture is designed to make discovery cheaper and more defensible.

How does this work with our practice management system?
+

Most major legal practice management systems (NetDocuments, iManage, Worldox, Aderant, Elite, Tabs3) run on virtualization platforms we already operate. We have done these integrations and have operational runbooks. Migration is typically Layer 2 VPN with zero application downtime.

Are you SOC 2 certified?
+

Our infrastructure is operated to support customer SOC audits as a downstream entity. Many of our law firm clients are themselves subject to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation as part of client due diligence; we provide the infrastructure documentation that supports their attestation work. Formal SOC 2 Type II of our own managed services is on the roadmap.
