IT Vortex, is an enterprise VMWare Cloud Partner Provider seeking smart, energetic entry level Cloud Sales Executive to further our cloud hosting business via server/IaaS, VDI, UCaaS, DRaaS/BaaS, and SECaaS.
The Jr. Cloud Solution Sales Executive should demonstrate the ability to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. The individual in this role will support IT Vortex’s clients as a trusted partner, following and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must have an understanding of the consulting and solution selling space, have the ability to form and grow relationships and personal networks, and be passionate about growing the IT Vortex brand. Additionally, the Jr. Cloud Sales Executive will be tasked with working with a Marketing/Sales assistant to build strategic marketing campaigns via email, social media platforms physical mailings. Moreover, coordinating with that role to update content on social media platforms accordingly. Essential duties and responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Collaborate effectively with account and practice leaders internally to help further the channel sales strategy and lead our business development pursuits.• Thoughtfully qualify client opportunities related to cloud projects from both internal and external lead generation.• Generate and close millions in sales of cloud and/or adjacent consulting services• Establish new client logos for IT Vortex and support deeper penetration at existing IT Vortex clients through cloud project sales and delivery opportunities• Identify, lead and close IT Vortex client opportunities throughout the entire life cycle• Partner with key stakeholders in IT Vortex’s alliance ecosystem (ex: Vmware, Dell/EMC, Fortinet, Mitel, Microsoft, TrendMicro, Veeam, and Ingram Micro, etc.) to ensure a coordinated and synchronized messaging across all touch points• Create a personal brand and network within the US footprint to help advertise IT Vortex’s capabilities, model, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.• Deliver presentations to partner employees, prospective clients and help to communicate the firms core values and past outcomes to generate excitement about our practice.· Excellent social and business communications skills a must – ability to interact with and build trust with new clients and prospects highly critical.

Education and/or Experience Required
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a closely related field.
-At least 3 plus years of quota – carrying, direct technology sales experience
-Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large to medium scale technology deals with complex sales cycles
-Positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments
-Significant industry knowledge, including a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (Azure, AWS, Google, Rackspace, etc.)
