Enterprise Tech at the Right Price. Plus the Engineers Who Make It Work.
Discounted licensing on Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, Omnissa, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, and 35+ other enterprise vendors. Certified implementation included. One contract, one renewal calendar, one team accountable.
Buying Enterprise Tech Is Broken in Three Predictable Ways.
The same patterns repeat across every mid-market and enterprise IT team we talk to. None of them are unsolvable; all of them quietly cost real money every year.
You're Paying List Price
Buying direct from Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco usually means paying close to list. Partner-tier pricing requires a partner who actually sits in that tier, not just claims to.
Vendor Sprawl Is Quietly Expensive
Twelve vendors, twelve renewal calendars, twelve invoices, twelve account reps. The administrative burden alone consumes hours your team should be spending on engineering work.
The Implementation Gap
Resellers ship a box. The technology arrives, sits unconfigured, and your already-stretched team is expected to make it work. Most projects fail in this exact gap.
Nobody Owns the Outcome
When something doesn't work, the reseller blames the vendor, the vendor blames the integrator, and your team is left holding the ticket. Single-point accountability solves this on day one.

Discounted Pricing. Real Implementation. Single Point of Accountability.
Partner-Tier Pricing on Everything
Premier Broadcom VCSP. Microsoft SPLA. Nutanix, Omnissa, Fortinet, CrowdStrike direct relationships. We pass partner-tier discounts on, with margins disclosed transparently on every quote.
Implementation by Certified Engineers
Not contracted-out professional services. IT Vortex engineers do the architecture, deployment, and integration work. VCP, VCAP, CCNP, NSE, and CCFA credentials on staff.
Free Licensing Audit, No Strings
Most customers have unused Microsoft, VMware, or Adobe licenses costing thousands per month. We audit for free and share the findings whether you buy from us or not.
One Contract, One Renewal Calendar
Forty vendors, one consolidated relationship. We track renewal dates, flag negotiation windows 90 days out, and handle the contract paperwork on your behalf.
Vendor Escalation on Your Behalf
When something breaks and the vendor needs to be engaged, we make the call. Our partner tier means we escalate faster than your team would as a direct customer.

The Five-Step Process Behind Every Engagement.
Click any step to see what actually happens. The honesty matters as much as the workflow.
Discovery & Licensing Audit
The first conversation is a no-cost discovery call. We map your current vendor footprint, identify duplicate or underused licenses, and surface opportunities you didn't know existed.
- Current vendor inventory and contract review
- Microsoft, VMware, and Adobe licensing audit (the three areas where waste is most common)
- Hardware refresh timeline and warranty coverage analysis
- Subscription renewal calendar with negotiation windows flagged
Output: a written assessment showing where you're overspending and where you have negotiation leverage. Yours to keep, whether you buy from us or not.
Quote with Multiple Pricing Options
Once we understand the need, we produce quotes across multiple paths so you can see the trade-offs honestly.
- List price versus partner-tier discount price, line by line
- Subscription versus perpetual licensing where both are available
- Self-service versus IT Vortex implementation pricing, with installation hours called out separately
- Bundle pricing if multiple products are being procured together
If we can't beat your existing pricing, we tell you. The relationship matters more than the line item.
Procurement & Contract Management
Once the quote is approved, we manage the procurement work end to end. You sign one contract with IT Vortex; we handle the vendor relationships.
- Direct procurement through Premier-tier partner programs (Broadcom, Omnissa, Microsoft SPLA, Ingram Micro)
- Contract terms negotiated on your behalf where vendors allow it
- Renewal calendar maintained, with notification 90 days before each renewal
- Single invoice covering all vendor lines, single point of accountability
The procurement complexity stays with us. You get one contract, one renewal calendar, one phone number.
Implementation by Certified Engineers
This is the part that separates a real partner from a margin-only reseller. Implementation isn't extra-cost professional services; it's part of how we deliver value.
- Architecture design by certified engineers (VMware VCP/VCAP, Cisco CCNP, Fortinet NSE, CrowdStrike CCFA)
- Deployment runbooks specific to your environment, not generic vendor documentation
- Integration with your existing systems (identity, network, monitoring, backup)
- Testing and validation before cutover, with rollback procedures documented
For most product categories, implementation is included in the engagement or quoted transparently as a fixed-scope project. No hourly billing surprises.
Ongoing Support & Lifecycle Management
After deployment we stay engaged for the life of the products you bought.
- Vendor support escalation handled by IT Vortex engineers, not passed to a vendor queue
- Quarterly business reviews covering license utilization, security posture, and upcoming renewals
- Patch management and version upgrades scheduled and executed on your behalf where applicable
- Hardware refresh planning aligned with your capex cycle, not the vendor's quarterly sales push
The goal is for the procurement decision to keep paying off for years, not just close out the quarter.

What People Ask Before They Buy.
Usually yes, but the honest answer depends on the product. For Microsoft licensing through SPLA, VMware through Broadcom VCSP, Omnissa Horizon, and most enterprise security products, our partner-tier pricing beats list price by a meaningful margin. For some commodity hardware the savings are smaller. We will show you the side-by-side numbers before you commit, so the value is transparent, not aspirational.
Direct relationships with the vendors that matter most. Premier Broadcom VCSP, Microsoft SPLA, Nutanix, Omnissa, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Veeam, Cisco, Dell are direct. A few specialized products flow through Ingram Micro for distribution efficiency. We disclose the supply chain on any quote so you know exactly how the product reaches you.
Depends on the product and the scope. For most enterprise software and security products, implementation is included in the engagement when you buy through us. For larger deployments (multi-site rollouts, complex migrations, custom integration work) we scope implementation as a fixed-fee project so there are no hourly billing surprises. Either way, the implementation cost is transparent on the quote.
Bring Your Own License (BYOL) is supported for most product categories. We handle the entitlement transfer paperwork with the vendor and architect the deployment around your existing licenses. Sometimes BYOL is the right answer; sometimes a fresh subscription beats the legacy contract economically. We will tell you which is true for your situation.
Yes. The discovery call includes a licensing audit even if no purchase follows. We have found six-figure savings for customers on Microsoft, VMware, and Adobe spend just by identifying unused licenses, wrong-tier subscriptions, and renewal timing leverage. The audit is no-cost; you keep the findings either way.
You call us, not the vendor. Our engineers handle level 1 and level 2 support directly, and escalate to the vendor on your behalf when something requires their attention. Most issues never need to leave the IT Vortex support queue. Vendor escalation paths are pre-established because we are direct partners, so escalations move faster than they would for a typical customer.
